Ceremonial care for the seen and unseen endings. Offering soul-rooted guidance for those walking through life’s most tender transitions— not only the passage of the physical death, but the quieter, often unseen losses that shape our inner worlds.
Welcome. My name is Jeanna Allen, and I’m a death doula.
I support individuals and their loved ones through the emotional, spiritual, and practical journey of dying. Whether you're navigating a terminal diagnosis, caring for someone at the end of life, or preparing for your own passing, I offer gentle guidance, deep listening, and grounded presence.
This work is not about fixing or rescuing. It’s about honouring the natural process of death, holding space for whatever arises, and helping you find meaning and calm amidst uncertainty. Guiding individuals and families through the sacred threshold of dying with presence, peace, and dignity.
But not all deaths are physical.
At Threshold Medicine, I hold space for the quieter, often unseen endings; the loss of a beloved pet, the grief of a pregnancy that could not continue, the parting of a former self or long-held identity. These soul deaths are no less real, and they deserve to be witnessed with the same reverence.
Whether you are tending to a physical departure or an invisible one, I walk with you across the threshold with ritual, care, and deep respect for the sacred in all its forms.
If you're seeking compassionate support during a time of profound transition, I invite you to explore how we might work together.
“The way we regard death is critical to the way we experience life. When your fear of death changes, the way you live your life changes.”
— Ram Dass
